Gymnasium
The brand new gymnasium, with a maple hardwood floor, can be divided into two separate areas for use as basketball and volleyball courts.The full-size arena offers 13,500 square feet of space with bleacher seating to accommodate more than 100 spectators.There is easy access to men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers, and an athletic training room.The space also features a stage with performance lighting and a retractable “garage-style” door to allow for indoor or outdoor seating.The gymnasium can be used for athletic events, camps, theatrical performances, large meetings or parties.
Classroom
There are more than twenty classrooms on four floors of the building available for rental.Each room is fully furnished and outfitted with a telephone and high speed wireless access to the Internet. Most rooms are equipped with between two and five desktop computers, an interactive whiteboard (SMART board) and a sink.Two rooms on the fourth floor are separated by a retractable wall that can be opened to accommodate a large meeting area with a seating capacity of more than 100.In addition, there are four smaller rooms on the third and fourth floors which can be used as break out rooms.
Dining Hall
In the basement level of the building is a dining hall.This space, which can be used as an alternative or in addition to the gymnasium, includes seating capacity for 200.It is serviced by a full kitchen which includes a brick pizza oven.Ample storage is also available.Besides its potential use for parties, banquets and meals, it can also be used as a large meeting space.
